"About NIGHTMARE ID"

This is the Nightmare ID user guide.
This page explains how to register and delete your Nightmare ID, and transfer game data.

When you register your Nightmare ID…
  • You can transfer game data to a new device when you change devices.
  • You can restore lost data.
  • Data will be restored from the last time you played with a network connection.

You can register your Nightmare ID through the app.
Your Nightmare ID will be the email address you register.

You will need to confirm your email address to register. Please use an active email address.
If you are using a filter, please set it to allow emails from "@nmp-games.com".
<How to Register a Nightmare ID>

After opening the app--------------

  1. Open the popup for "Transfer data"
  2. Press "Register Nightmare ID"
  3. Input the email address you would like to use as well as a password, then press "Register"
  4. A confirmation message will be displayed to send a confirmation email to the input address. Please confirm then press "Yes"

After receiving the confirmation email--------

  1. Access the web page from the link at the bottom of the email.
    • The email will be valid for only 24 hours. After 24 hours, please restart the procedure.

After opening the web page-----------

  1. If the page displays "Registration Complete", the registration is successful.

You can change your Nightmare ID to a different active email address.

After opening the app--------------

  1. Open the popup for "Transfer data"
  2. Press "Edit email address"
  3. Your old email address will be displayed. Input your new email address and password and press "Edit".
  4. A confirmation message will be displayed to send a confirmation email to the input address. Please confirm then press "Yes".

After receiving the email to your new address-----------

  1. Access the web page from the link at the bottom of the email.
    • The email will be valid for only 24 hours. After 24 hours, please restart the procedure.

After opening the web page-----------

  1. If the page displays "Email address changed successfully" the edit is successful.

You have to apply to reset your password before you can change it.

There are two ways to apply to reset your password.
One is through the app, and the other is through the web.

If your Nightmare ID is displayed in the "Data transfer" popup, it is recommended you reset your password through the app as you won't have to enter your email address.

If you have forgotten your password and can't transfer your game data, please apply for a password change through the website.

After opening the app--------------

  1. Open the popup for "Transfer data"
  2. Press "Reset password"
  3. Your registered email address will be displayed. Press "send email".
  4. Go to <Reset password>.

  2. Input the email address for the Nightmare ID that you want to reset the password to and press "send email".
  3. Go to <Reset password>.

After receiving the confirmation email--------

  1. Access the web page from the link at the bottom of the email.
    • The email will be valid for only 24 hours. After 24 hours, please restart the procedure.

After opening the web page-----------

  1. Input the new password you want to use and press "reset".
  2. If "Password reset completed" is displayed, the reset is now finished.

Your Nightmare ID is linked to the game data of the device you registered on.
If you use your Nightmare ID to transfer data upon changing devices or reinstalling the app, you can restore your most recent (from the last time you played with an interent connection) game data.

<Steps to transfer data>

After opening the app--------------

  1. Open the popup for "Transfer data"
  2. Press "From Nightmare ID (email address)".
  3. Enter your Nightmare ID and password that you want to transfer game data with and press the button for "Execute".
  4. If a message is displayed stating the transfer was completed, the transfer is successful.

Your Nightmare ID can be deleted through the Nightmare ID deletion page.

If you delete your Nightmare ID, you will no longer be able to transfer data if you change devices, or restore game data if you delete the app or your device breaks. Please take care.

  1. Access the page for Nightmare ID deletion.
  2. Enter your Nightmare ID and password that you want to delete and press the delete button.
  3. A confirmation page will be displayed. Press the button to delete again.
  4. A message will be displayed that your Nightmare ID has been deleted.
